about
This one's about a very annoying person. Someone cocky but broken on the inside. Someone very transparent.

Written, demoed and pretty much completed on October 4, 2009. Very quick song, actually.

Originally called "Shower," for some odd reason. I may have written it just after getting out of the shower. Shush, you, stop laughing.
lyrics
I see myself in your eyes tonight
I see the truth through your lies tonight
If you would look around and notice someone's playing you
Don't get into this mess, it's not something you want to do

Know that I can see through your skin
To the scared little child within
You are not the mastermind you think you are

You've been played for every day this far
Nothing's changed, you're running to the car
Need to try or need to understand
Nobody is here to hold your hand
You're alone
So alone

Know that I can see through your skin
To the scared little child within
You are not the mastermind you think you are

You're too much of a burden to bear
But I know that you'll always be there
You need to move on and be gone
But you will never realize you're wrong

Know that I can see through your skin
To the scared little child within
You are not the mastermind you think you are
