about

This one's about that guy you hate, but you've got to put up with. You know that guy.

First song I wrote with my new guitar, an Ibanez S320. Demo was done on January 10, 2010 - then lyrics and vocals and the rest were done in April 2010.

Originally called... well, "Clerk." The name just stuck. It has something to do with that guy I hate. I mean you hate. I mean... just listen to the song.

lyrics

Nobody cares about who you are
And no one wants your company
When I see you're coming, It's hard to tell
If I should be running, or I should put you through hell

Quickly and quietly
And then you'll be gone
Swiftly and silently
The world would go on

Why couldn't you lie?
Why can't you drop off the face of the earth
So I don't have to know you
So no one needs to know you

Wouldn't it be nice
To leave you lost and starving
A passenger on a doomed voyage to nowhere
You're no-one
I don't care
You're not worth the air you're breathing in

Quickly and quietly
And then you'll be gone
Swiftly and silently
The world would go on

Why couldn't you lie?
Why can't you drop off the face of the earth
So I don't have to know you
So no one needs to know you

Why couldn't you lie?
Why can't you drop off the face of the earth
So I don't have to know you
So no one needs to know you
